Regional Health Manager

The Regional Team Lead is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight to a team of allied health practitioners.
This role involves managing day-to-day operations, working across sites at various locations, participating in recruitment processes, and acting as a senior mentor to support staff retention.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different sites, including travel to regional locations as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment process, induction, and orientation of new staff members.
- Act as a senior mentor and coach, supporting the company's Coaching & Welfare program.
- Assist in rostering and scheduling community-based client programs within the region.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with AHPRA and NPC.
- A current and clean drivers' license, along with a reliable vehicle.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or senior role.
- Evidence of providing clinical intervention and a holistic approach to care.
