Regional Operations Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving workplace health solutions and occupational rehabilitation services across multiple sites and a large team of allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a group of managers across the region, providing guidance and support to ensure customer growth initiatives are met with quality consistency.
  • Manage major customers within the region, fostering business partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective commercial strategies.
  • Take ownership of operational objectives, converting them into tangible outcomes through effective financial management.
  • Support managers with performance management, recruitment, succession planning, and ongoing career development, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
  • Inspire and train rehabilitation consultants on customer focus, complaint handling, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing large teams of allied health professionals.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in roles related to vocational rehabilitation, workers compensation insurance, or clinical allied health organisations.
  • Experience within Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehab Counselling, or Nursing is highly regarded.
  • Commercial acumen and motivation to achieve financial targets, coupled with analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Advanced business development abilities and relationships within the workplace health sector are well regarded.
