We are seeking an experienced Receivables Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining our cash flow by ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, payments, and credits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and research invoices, returns, and credits to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain debtor records and analyze collections to optimize payment recovery.
  • Update and summarize receivables to provide visibility into outstanding amounts.
  • Assist the collections, customers, and sales departments with invoice or shipping verification requests.
  • E nsure compliance with customer portal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Sales teams to maintain accounts receivable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced environment with over 500 active accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry; working knowledge of SAP.
  • Able to meet deadlines, organize priorities, and coordinate tasks.
