The Quality and Risk Manager is a key position at Calvary Care, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and risk management across our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality and Risk Management Strategies
    • Identify, analyze, monitor, and report on risks to patient safety and organizational outcomes
    • Manage risks through quality action plans and the organizational risk register
    • Ensure policies and processes are in place to facilitate the implementation of the strategy
  • Promote a Culture of Risk Awareness

    • Contribute to developing and sustaining a work culture that encourages and supports open risk identification and management
  • Lead Quality and Risk Management Initiatives
    • Oversee the implementation of Calvary Care's integrated risk management strategy

  • Registration with the Australian Healthcare Practitioner Agency Authority
