Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide tailored support to individuals with disabilities and young people.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing person-centred support. Your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and young people.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development.
  • Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support.
  • Support community participation and recreational activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans.
  • Advocate for client rights and promote independence.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Drivers licence & NDIS Worker check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts.
