Key Role Summary

We are seeking a part-time professional to promote and sell our coco coir grow bags to growers and horticulture businesses across Adelaide.

About the Position
  • Engage with customers and provide high-quality customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Promote and sell our eco-friendly coco coir grow bags to horticulture businesses and drive sales from prospecting through to closing.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Train new team members and support sales operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends in horticulture to make informed decisions.
  • Regular travel is required to meet growers and clients in the Australian horticulture industry.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent Vietnamese speaking ability is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation are necessary for success in this role.
  • A background or postgraduate studies in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work on-site, part-time, with flexibility for travel within the region is a must.
