Overview

Part-Time Sales Specialist – Eco Agro in Adelaide, South Australia. Eco Agro, the Coir Growing Media Export Division of Eco Films Group, is a rapidly expanding exporter of premium coco coir substrates to international horticulture markets. We are OMRI Listed for organic use, ISO 9001 and GMP Certified, and an active member of multiple global horticulture associations. With manufacturing operations in Sri Lanka and corporate oversight from our marketing office in New Zealand, we are expanding its presence in Australia.

We are seeking a part-time Sales Specialist in Adelaide to promote and sell our coco coir grow bags to growers and horticulture businesses.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a postgraduate student in Agriculture or Horticulture seeking valuable industry experience while earning. As a Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with customers and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Promote and sell Eco Agro's coco coir grow bags to horticulture businesses.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
  • Drive sales from prospecting through to closing.
  • Train new team members and support sales operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and horticultural industry trends.
  • Frequently travel to Virginia (Adelaide horticulture hub) to meet growers and clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent Vietnamese speaking ability (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Background or postgraduate studies in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields (preferred).
  • Availability to work on-site, part-time, with flexibility for travel within the region.
