Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team in Open Process Control.

The successful candidate will lead and contribute to research projects aligned with the university's strategic focus in resources technology and critical minerals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining active collaborations with industry stakeholders and academic colleagues.
  • Disseminating Research Findings: Publishing high-quality research outcomes, presenting at conferences, and producing technical reports.
  • Commercialisation Opportunities: Identifying and exploring commercialisation opportunities in collaboration with Curtin's commercialisation team.
  • Supervising Students: Supervising honours, masters, and doctoral research students where appropriate.

To be successful, you will have a doctoral qualification in a relevant engineering, computing, or physical sciences discipline, demonstrated expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Open Process Control, and a strong record of research outputs in high-quality, peer-reviewed outlets.
