Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Control Rooms: Ensure safe and efficient plant operations by monitoring and controlling equipment.
  • Maintain Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in control room operation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to safety and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Processing Operator Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a processing operator role.
  • Technical Qualifications: Possess a trade certificate (e.g. mechanical, boilermaker, fitter) or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Hold current certifications in first aid, high risk work, and other relevant areas.
  • Licenses: Possess a valid C class drivers license and any other required licenses.
