The GenusPlus Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Tender and Bid Coordinator.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Contracts Team during the tendering process. This includes coordinating materials, proposals, pre-qualifications, and supplier presentations to ensure successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing tender documents, including information gathering, collating, and tracking deliverables.
- Coordinating proposal responses from multiple sources to produce high-quality sales and business proposals.
- Preparing monthly progress claims and managing cost reports.
- Maintaining currency and accuracy of business segment templates and documentation.
- Managing tender correspondence and registers according to internal and external guidelines.
- Storing all documentation related to tenders electronically and physically.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Preparing variation documents and contributing to the improvement of tender processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary qualification in administration or a related field and at least 3 years' experience in a commercial or contract administration role.
