**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Tender and Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Contracts Team, you will play a critical role in supporting us throughout the tendering process.

Tender Coordination

  • Deliver tender services including information gathering, collating documents, tracking deliverables against timelines, database management, booking and managing meetings, and communicating with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate proposal and document responses and inputs from multiple sources to produce accurate, timely, high-quality sales and business proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly progress claims, manage cost reports, and ensure costs are complete and accurate.
  • Assist in maintaining currency and accuracy of business segment templates and documentation.
  • Manage tender correspondence and registers in line with internal and external guidelines.
  • Store all documentation relating to tenders, both electronically and on paper.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Business, Commerce, or a relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial or contract administration role.
  • Good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • High-level customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated Abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, schedule, and plan.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment.
  • Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook skills.
