Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, positioning, and ticketing in line with client expectations.
- Planograms/Relays: Execute and maintain planograms and relays to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Task Execution: Execute tasks, build displays, erect point-of-sale, and manage stock levels.
- Negotiation: Negotiate off-location opportunities to drive sales and growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting: Accurately report using Smart Device to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 and have full Australian working rights.
- Live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
- Current State Driver's License and Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle.
- Physically fit to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and carrying stock (max 16 kgs).
