Facilities Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Facilities Associate. This position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all housekeeping tasks to meet operational standards as directed by management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and superior presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas, and amenities.
  • Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with flexibility in scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Physically fit to lift items up to 20kg, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
