We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at BagTrans, a national transport company with over 35 years of experience. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing our day-to-day driver operations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries and collections for our business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your leadership skills to supervise and manage our day-to-day driver operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with our operations and driving teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of transportation services.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple drivers, consignments, and vehicles to meet customer demands.
- Audit and problem-solve transportation and logistics issues, utilizing your knowledge of the Sydney metro area and transportation regulations.
- Allocate administrative tasks and prioritize work to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with team members and customers.
