About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Client Service Administrator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments and bookings, and supporting our Physios and admin team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-level customer service interactions for our clients, organizing client schedules, handling payments, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage appointments and bookings, take payments and invoices, and liaise with our Practice Manager.
- Practitioner Support: Follow up on communication between clients and practitioners as required, and maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Business Development: Assist in bringing our business to the next level, embracing new responsibilities and tasks, and maintaining clinic operations.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in medical, allied health, or legal reception is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Skills and Qualities: Extremely high-level multitasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
