We are seeking a highly skilled Stormwater Engineering Manager to oversee and lead our team in delivering high-quality projects.

Job Description:
  • Forecast project workload, address gaps, and manage excessive workloads
  • Oversee projects, delegate tasks, and engage in the design process
  • Lead project meetings, schedule, and facilitate discussions
  • Represent the organization in client communications for assigned projects
  • Prepare agreements outlining scope, schedule, fees, and terms and conditions
  • Ensure the financial performance of projects and proactively address changes in scope, billing processes, schedules, and settlements
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding significant challenges, deviations from procedures, and metrics or incidents on projects
  • Oversight and approval of design, construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of stormwater engineering industry experience with demonstrated team management skills
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented individual capable of working independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
