Senior SAP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of SAP business transformation projects and provide advisory services to clients in Asset Management & Manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP Asset Management & Manufacturing roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead implementations of SAP S/4HANA solutions in Asset Management & Manufacturing modules, designing, building, and deploying effective solutions.
  • Drive business analysis and requirements gathering by facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Support presales and proposals by contributing to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build relationships by managing stakeholder expectations and providing clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Asset Management & Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud).
  • At least 2 full-cycle project implementations or 5+ years of solution support.
  • Current SAP certifications in relevant modules.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and deliver SAP solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and business partnering capability.
  • Experience leading workshops, preparing design documentation, and working in Agile delivery teams.
