We're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead our integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of leading creative brief writing, budgeting, and timeline management, as well as shoot planning and overseeing a small team.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding Account Managers and supporting the Group Account Director in delivering high-quality communications. You'll collaborate with various agency disciplines and client stakeholders to drive campaigns forward.

With a focus on our growing B2B division, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of major projects, build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, and develop your skills across the entire agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion
  • Guide Account Managers and support the Group Account Director
  • Collaborate with agency disciplines and client stakeholders
  • Take ownership of major projects in the B2B division

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' relevant agency experience
  • Expert communication skills
  • Ability to work on the B2B side of an iconic Australian and New Zealand retail brand
