About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Henry Schein. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our debtor system, ensuring timely payment processing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records
  • Process payments and reconcile debtor statements
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
  • Perform data entry, cash allocations, and journal adjustments
  • Handle banking and cash management tasks
  • Respond to internal and external queries
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Tertiary qualifications, including AICM accreditation (desired)
  • Experience in high call volume roles and managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using MS Office applications and accounting software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management capabilities
