Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and optimisation workshops;
- Develop accurate, current and accessible business cases, BRDs/FRDs, user stories and functional specifications;
- Manage and coordinate UAT, ensuring gaps are closed and solutions meet acceptance criteria;
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical technology solutions;
- Manage stakeholder interactions and expectations across multiple initiatives;
- Provide thought leadership on best-practice ways to use technology to solve complex problems;
- Stay across industry trends and continuously improve processes;
- Adhere to WHS requirements and contribute to a safe workplace.
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience with hands-on requirements definition and management;
- Proven experience coordinating and managing UAT in business-engaged environments;
- Strengths in communication, customer focus, resilience and negotiation; able to engage execs, PMs and engineers;
- Track record delivering robust outcomes and managing risk appropriately;
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 is ideal.
