Operations Coordinator Job Description

VLI Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kalgoorlie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and supporting the service team at our Kalgoorlie branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure materials and resources to meet operational goals
  • Maintain SAP systems and processes on a daily basis
  • Continuously improve Kalgoorlie branch practices
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers, and vendors
  • Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office), SAP experience (desirable)
  • Foster and develop an effective team
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Business/Sales
  • Have an Engineering or Mechanical trade background (desirable)
  • Hold a current drivers license
  • Hold a Forklift license
