About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team at Community Housing Ltd. As a key member of our GLM project, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the GLM Operations Manager in overseeing the GLM service contract and properties under management.
- Lead the team in asset management strategies, proactively assessing the portfolio and aligning delivery to relevant standards.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring regular reviews and engagement of additional service providers as needed.
- Ensure maintenance and project work is completed within agreed timeframes, with accurate records of compliance and certificates.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community. You will have 5+ years' experience in executing asset management strategy, maintenance, and refurbishment services in the public or private sector.
