The role of Parish Administrative Assistant is a vital position in the life of our church. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to use their administrative skills to support our community.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will be a team player who can effectively collaborate with our Senior Minister, Youth Worker, Wardens, Parish Councillors and other volunteers.
This role involves providing administrative support to the church, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing email communications, maintaining records and performing other administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be highly motivated and have a willingness to learn. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have the confidence and initiative to be able to work autonomously.
