Job Description\

Our company is seeking experienced Heavy Machinery Operators to join our Production Mining Team in Western Australia.

\

As a Dozer Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring maximum output and efficiency on site. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery safely and competently, complying with all relevant policies and procedures, and working closely with the Mining Supervisor to achieve team goals.

\

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Operating heavy machinery efficiently and safely in a fast-paced production environment\
  • Complying with all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment\
  • Working collaboratively with the Mining Supervisor and other team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise\
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities in a clean and organized state to promote efficiency and productivity
\Requirements:\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a production mining environment\
  • Proven track record of safety performance and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment\
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certificate or higher preferred
