Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Banquets Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisor experience and be available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure staff is working together as a cohesive unit.
  • Inspect and maintain the grooming and attire of staff, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements.
  • Set up the banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and adherence to group requirements and company standards, resolving any issues.
  • Document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Previous similar supervisor experience.
