Job Description

The key objective of this role is to oversee the release calendar for enterprise systems and large program deployments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating release activities across business units, technical teams, and project delivery.
  • Reviewing and enhancing release and deployment processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with ITIL, change, and transition frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality release documentation, including procedures, templates, checklists, runbooks, and decision logs.
  • Oversight and assurance for releases within large ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Working closely with senior program and project managers to identify dependencies, risks, and impacts associated with major releases.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in release management, preferably in complex ICT environments, and a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
