Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change and Release Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, with a focus on Change and Release processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective change management processes and procedures
  • Manage the release of new services and applications, ensuring minimal disruption to existing systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize changes
  • Implement post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating technology change, release and deployment management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade others
