Role Overview: Our client is seeking a talented, experienced and motivated individual to spearhead efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and display industries. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
  3. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the retail, display, or related industries.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
