We are seeking a strategic Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
- Take ownership of customer portfolios to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
- Contribute to implementing segment strategy, including outbound campaigns, to support retention and growth.
- Manage customer sales and service contracts, responding to queries and escalating complaints as required.
This is a permanent full-time position requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking ability, adaptability, and demonstrated commitment to relationship building and partnerships.
