Job Description
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and business development activities.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid driver\'s licence and willingness to travel within the Townsville region.
