Job Description

As an Associate Director, you will operate in a market-facing role, focusing on design delivery. You will handle ongoing communication with clients and maintain highly effective professional relationships. Your responsibilities will include determining, managing, and controlling project scope; leading work across various phases for multi-year/packaged projects; ensuring timely and quality delivery of civil engineering work; managing stakeholder relationships; providing technical guidance to your team; championing continual professional development; mentoring junior engineers; partnering with internal stakeholders; and supporting proposal preparation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a project leader within the Property & Buildings sector on large or complex projects.
  • Effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects across various scales and sectors.
  • Technical expertise in structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete.
  • 12 to 15+ years' industry experience.
