Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering with key stakeholders
- Developing financial models
- Conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance and developing forecast models
- Identifying trends and advising the company on financial matters
- Analyzing financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business, economics or related field
- CPA/CA qualification ideal
- Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Manufacturing/FMCG/retail/agriculture experience ideal
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL experience (ideal) or openness to learn and develop
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement and strategic planning
- Excellent analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
