Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our forestry and permaculture operations in Narooma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of timber resources, ensuring efficient grading, stacking, sorting, and strapping processes.

You will also be tasked with performing ad-hoc plant duties to maintain the smooth operation of our Narooma facility. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and development.

About You
  • You must have previous experience in forestry, agriculture, or permaculture management.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality control, and teamwork is essential.
  • Prior experience with equipment operation and maintenance is desirable.
  • You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
