Cloud Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to manage and support our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics Clouds.

  • Develop effective support processes for Cloud Enterprise Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Participate in the design, architecture, development, implementation, management and support of BI reporting and ELT/ETL processes
  • Manage and control requests for services and incidents
  • Prepare reports on cloud environment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the design, deployment and management of data repositories, catalogues and PowerBI datasets

To be considered for this position you will possess relevant experience and/or industry certification.
