Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Computing expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch cloud solutions using Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE) in collaboration with architects, engineers, and cloud professionals.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Migrating workloads from VMware to GCVE while ensuring minimal downtime
- Integrating GCVE with native GCP services like IAM, networking, and Cloud Ops to create secure and reliable hybrid cloud environments
- Solving performance and connectivity issues proactively to prevent escalations
- Developing documentation, diagrams, and how-to guides for cloud operations
- Coaching client teams on best practices for running GCVE
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure or GCP consulting
- Familiarity with GCVE (or VMware technology)
- Knowledge of GCP networking (VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, interconnects)
- A passion for automation (Terraform, Python, etc.)
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD expertise
Nice-to-haves include:
- GCP certifications (Cloud Architect or other relevant certifications)
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
