As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes. This role requires collaboration with the team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Put the customer first by providing an excellent customer experience through great service, product knowledge and a seamless point of sale transaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contribute to efficient store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is presented in accordance to brand standards.
- Promote the company values and collaborate with the team to deliver results.
