As a strategic advisor and trusted partner, you will translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Your role is to deepen business partnerships, provide commercial and financial guidance, and support decision-making to achieve organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business units.
- Analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive results.
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against targets, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, be CPA/CA qualified, and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar finance role delivering analysis, insights and financial support across diverse business environments and teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Economics, Accounting).
- CPA/CA qualified.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar finance role delivering analysis, insights and financial support across diverse business environments and teams.
- Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (highly desirable).
