About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents to maintain their independence and choice, enabling them to live life on their own terms.
  • Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation.
  • Implement interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, aligned with resident plans of care.
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs while promoting independence.

About You

  • A recognised qualification in Individual Support or equivalent is essential.
  • Ability to engage with residents and experience in dementia support is highly valued.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, is crucial.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, empathy, and patience when working with aged persons and their needs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing holistic care that respects individual dignity and privacy.
  • Commitment to ongoing quality improvement and professional development.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control principles.
