Nurse Leader in Addiction Treatment

The Nurse Leader will lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Nursing team at our therapeutic community. This role requires a skilled nurse leader who can mentor and develop nurses, enhance their knowledge through peer consult and training, and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and treatment plans.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience working within the addiction sector, mental health or primary health care environment, with an understanding of service navigation with complex needs. They will also have demonstrated experience in conducting drug and alcohol withdrawal and physical assessments, and knowledge of contemporary standards and evidence-based practice and interventions in addiction context.
