Clinical Management Specialist

The clinical management and intervention specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality gastroenterology patient care across the facility and endoscopic services.
This role contributes to cancer care as part of a regional healthcare service.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide clinical services for inpatients admitted under the Gastroenterology Service.
- Offer specialist consultation, including outpatient services.
- Lead junior colleagues in maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to equitable health care delivery.
- Hold a primary medical degree registered with AHPRA and FRACP Fellowship, with qualifications in Gastroenterology or equivalent.
- Possess current gastroenterology practice experience, including endoscopy, and the ability to adapt to contemporary evidence-based best practice.
- Have capacity for clinical leadership and willingness to contribute to teaching and research opportunities.
- Advanced knowledge of gastroenterology, with expertise in managing patients across the healthcare continuum.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity for effective communication and interpersonal skills.
