Physiotherapist Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive services in Home Care. Your primary focus will be on providing the best clinical outcomes for clients with various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
  • Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
  • Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
  • Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome-focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. They must have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent), Registration with AHPRA, Police Check Clearance, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
