Content Creator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality training content for our organization.

About the Job
  • Create engaging training content for various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and blended formats.
  • Design and develop learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, eLearning modules, and job aids that meet adult learning best practices and business needs.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training content that supports compliance, operational excellence, and career development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, operational trainers, safety teams, and HR professionals to ensure content meets real-world requirements.
  • Participate in curriculum reviews and content validation processes to ensure currency and relevance.
Digital Content Development
  • Utilize eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit) to build interactive digital content.
  • Upload and manage learning materials within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital learning trends and apply new tools and techniques to enhance learner engagement.
Quality Assurance
  • Evaluate all content against Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) standards, ASQA guidelines, and internal branding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and version control across all content.
  • Apply quality management systems (ISO9001:2015) and participate in content audits and reviews.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, communications, or instructional design.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality training content and working with subject matter experts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
