About the Role:

The Lindsay Australia Ltd is seeking a skilled Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating freight and deliveries, managing the warehouse floor, and overseeing the allocation of services and equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate freight and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
  • Manage the warehouse floor, including forklift drivers and stock on site, to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Lead staff by example and provide guidance and support to ensure the safe conduct of operations
  • Monitor compliance with fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Plan and build loads in line with customer requirements to meet their needs and expectations
  • Enforce business processes and rules to ensure consistency and quality across all operations

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, a strong customer focus, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a sound knowledge of metropolitan and regional freight networks and be flexible in your work hours to include weekends as required.
