Responsibilities
  • Bring key values to life in daily interactions with children and their families
  • Support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children through collaborative program planning and observations
  • Work effectively with Lead Educators, Educational Leaders, and Centre Managers to achieve shared goals
  • Implement Journey's Child Safe Policy and uphold the See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework at all times

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
