Drive Business Growth as a Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and lead sales efforts across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building high-value client relationships, and delivering transformative deals that bring our world-class assessment platform to new organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and conversion strategies.Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach and qualification through to pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our technology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create winning proposals and ensure seamless post-sale handovers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in education software sales at an enterprise level.A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B software sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.An understanding of digital assessment technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and generate new business opportunities.
