Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loading Dock Attendant. As part of our North Terrace Loading Dock (NTLD) team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the dock, ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and collection of all event-related freight.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a significant warehousing or distribution role, with a 'can do' attitude and a flexible proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also need to hold a current Forklift License/High Risk Work Licence and be able to carry out the physical capabilities of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a significant warehousing or distribution role
  • A 'can do' attitude with a flexible proactive approach to problem solving
  • Thorough knowledge of WHS Laws, Standards, Policies, and Regulations
  • An up-to-date Forklift License/High Risk Work Licence
  • Ability to carry out the physical capabilities of the position
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $38.00 per hour, moving up to $39.66 after 50 hours, including penalties and superannuation. Additionally, you will receive a uniform supplied and laundered at no cost to you, as well as 20% discount off Food & Beverage at Home Café when working.
