Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a regional referral setting.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, leveraging expertise to enhance the overall quality of service delivery.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient safety, reducing adverse events and promoting a positive patient experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Anaesthetist.
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Anaesthesia, providing comprehensive anaesthesia services within all hospitals of the network.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to teaching, continuing education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
