About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Planning & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Australia.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit works through our tender management system and create budget estimates for clients.
  • Build jobs in our bespoke planning system, allocating personnel and creating efficient plans that meet KPI targets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and inductions, ensuring compliance with company, client, and site requirements.
  • Accurately process timesheets and liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar role or a transferable skillset, preferably in mining systems, ERMS, Concur, Pronto, Amex, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of shutdown processes and production plant operations is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Unlimited Australian working rights and a willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
