Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive, focusing on the Nonprofit sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social impact and technology. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with nonprofit and government-funded organisations delivering health programs, aged care, and disability services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the program delivery and case management landscape and be able to align Salesforce solutions to sector needs.

You will work closely with C-level and program leaders across nonprofit and quasi-government health organisations to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic account planning.

In this role, you will take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver tailored demos and workshops to key stakeholders.

As a successful sales professional, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting.

Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with business development, solution engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to drive growth and direction in the nonprofit sector.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of success in SaaS sales, ideally in complex or consultative sales environments.
  • Domain experience in health, aged care, disability services, or nonprofit program delivery highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with NDIS, My Aged Care, or public health systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
