This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and vibrant team.

The role involves providing support and assistance to the Finance Manager by taking ownership of the AR & AP activities for both the Australian offices as well as New Zealand.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end AP & AR processing for up to 50 invoices per day, through Xero
  • Company Credit Card reconciliation
  • Debt Collection
  • Processing credit checks for new clients and setting up the supplier agreements and terms with the CRM

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a finance/accounting role managing receivables, payables and general ledger
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and attention to detail in a busy office.
  • Ability to plan and organise work schedule and work within timelines
  • Ability to provide high-calibre customer service, be reliable and enjoy working in a team.
  • Ability to work to a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Recent and proven experience using the Xero finance package

There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week as well as the opportunity to work out of their Brisbane office and travel to work at their other locations both here and overseas.

Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.
